The languages of the journal are Turkish and English. Papers in English will gain precedence. The studies, which were carried out in abroad, should be written in English.

The papers should not be published elsewhere in any form (other than abstracts until 400 words). All the responsibilities (ethic, scientific, legal, etc.) of the papers published in the journal belong to the authors.

The manuscripts can be published if they are found suitable by the editorial board. The manuscripts that are not accepted for publication and all their attachments (photographs, tables, figures, diskettes, etc.) will not be sent back unless it is mentioned in the letter of application.

The author or authors should write, sign and send a paper which tells that the study was not published or is not in the process of being published in elsewhere and that the authors are taking all the responsibility of the study. All the manuscripts will be sent to at least two referees after being inspected by one of the editors.

Letter of application should have the signs of all the authors. A sample for this could be as the one below:

The research article (case report etc.) named “……………” which we are sending attached was not published or was not accepted for publication in any other publication. I (we) read this article and accept to send it to your journal for publication. I (we) declare that I (we) accept all the legal responsibilities of the paper, which might occur.
